Yes, a stable internet connection is required to use Novelty Dots.

Novelty Dots works on Android and iOS smart devices. While home PCs are adequate for most functions, our Global Movement Test specifically requires a touch-screen display.

It's worth noting: The larger the screen you use, the bigger your movements will be, which can more effectively stimulate the brain.

You won't need any specialised equipment to get started with Novelty Dots. It's designed to be used on your existing Android or iOS smart devices, including tablets, iPads, and smartphones, as well as computers.

For optimal viewing and hands-free use, it can be helpful to have a stable music stand or lectern. This allows you to position your screen at head height.

While Novelty Dots is built for touchscreens, you can also connect your device to a projector or TV. Increasing the screen size significantly benefits the challenges faced by the user, and makes Novelty Dots even more suitable for group or community sessions.

Important Safety Note: While our exercises are presented generally, it's crucial to always prioritise your safety. Please ensure your exercise space is clear of hazards to yourself and others. Before attempting any exercise, honestly consider your own ability to perform it safely. If you have any doubts or pre-existing conditions, we recommend consulting a healthcare professional.

The trial is 14-days. To start your trial, we require your nominated credit card details. These details are securely held by Stripe, not by us. At the end of the trial period, your nominated card will be processed to commence your 1-year subscription, AUD $99 (inc. GST)

If you wish to cancel your subscription during the trial period, you'll need to do so prior to the trial ending, as your nominated credit card is deducted on the end date of the trial.

At the start of the trial, we'll send you a welcome email confirming your trial end date and containing a link to manage your account. Use the email link to cancel your subscription.

An alternative to manage your account is to click on members community at the top of this page. Then click the top right circle to manage settings and once opened manage your account from billings and subscription tab.

If you forget your password when you next try to sign-in, under the 'password box' in blue is 'forgotten password'. clicking on this will send an email to your allocated sign-in email. Allow 5minutes for it to land. Then follow the prompts.
